A joint initiative between two U.S.-based organizations (Coding Dojo and Flora Stationery) and two Kosovo-based organizations (Girls Coding Kosova and Innovation Centre Kosovo) seeking to empower women in Kosovo with technology-based skills to be competitive in the current market. DevelopHer Kosova helps connect women with the skills and education necessary to access global economic opportunities.
PROGRAM
• Five months of in-residence instruction taught in individual cohorts in Prishtina, Kosovo
• Full stack development (front- and back-end) taught by Coding Dojo staff
• Tech industry mentoring opportunities
• Job-readiness curriculum
• Communal work-space and community driven gatherings
