Love & Honor: Flora At Miami University

Traveling back to Oxford, Ohio to Miami University this past week to speak at the 2017 Women's Leadership Symposium was a true joy. After graduating from Miami in 2014, I have missed the time spent in school and it was wonderful to be back on campus. 

During my time at Miami, I studied abroad in Pristina, Kosovo, where the idea for Flora Stationery first began. After returning home, I took a social entrepreneurship class where Flora was initially launched. Nearly three years later, we've supported over 100 women and continue to accomplish our mission of funding the futures of young women in Kosovo.



















​In addition to speaking at the Symposium, the organizers of the event ordered several hundred custom corporate notebooks for the attendees. We loved putting together these wonderful notebooks for participants to learn more about the mission of Flora Stationery. In addition, because all proceeds from this purchase goes directly to support the Flora Stationery Scholarship Fund, more women will be able to go to college thanks to this purchase. 


I am so grateful for the opportunity to share the mission and message of Flora Stationery with the women at the Symposium and for the continued support of Miami University.
